By commissioning me for my services it is assumed you read and agree to the following terms.
The Artist, ‘I’, ‘me’, or The Seller refers to the one selling the product or service.
The Client or The Customer, ‘you’ refers to the one purchasing the product or service

By placing an order with me, you agree that you are not a minor in your country’s jurisdiction, above the age of 18 and over. I will not work with any client that is underage because the service I provide is adult in nature. There is no getting around this, it is illegal.

All prices are in USD. Payments are upfront and in full, I don’t start on your commission until the full amount is paid. Payment plans are not available for anything under $500.

If your commission is quoted above this price, you may be able to ask for a payment plan. Same starting rules apply.

Prices and quotes are handled on a case by case basis due to complexity of character or ideas. (Eg. Having complicated patterns/markings on a character or having wings will incur an additional complexity fee.)

Please message me on Twitter for a quote/price before filling out the form if you’re unsure. Complex commissions (Pent Up / Orgy Style, Hybrid Cel-Painted, Design A Refsheet, Art Simp, and future featured tiers) can be discussed via Twitter and/or Telegram.

I only accept Paypal as the current form of payment. When you commission me, I will send you an invoice containing the quoted amount. I will not accept bank transfer, mail/money order or mailed checks.

By submitting a form through Google, you agree to the quoted price (via invoice) and will be sent an invoice to your Paypal within 48 hours. Please be ready to pay within 48 hours of recieving the invoice.
If you fail to pay the invoice by the due date, your commission will be terminated and the form response will be deleted (unless stated otherwise) You may attempt to re-submit a form and try again.

The estimated completion times listed on the “Commission Info” page are for a single image.

It is a loose estimate as I do commissions in “Batches.”

Any given batch of commissions may take anywhere from 1-2 months max.

I have a Trello, and Twitter that I’m active on for posting WIPs.

If you ordered an Hybrid Cell-Painted, Orgy Style, Pent Up, Design A Refsheet, Art Simp, or any future featured commission, you and your friends involved in the commission will be invited to a private telegram group for personal updates as stated on that respective tab.

If you would like more updates on your commission, please contact me. (Within reason please, and thank you.)

I do not do rush orders as it goes against my need to provide my highest possible quality at any given time. Thank you for understanding.

Birthday commissions need to be ordered a batch early (close to 1-2 months before the person’s birthday) As to provide sufficient time for me to work on other people’s images, while allowing me to provide a quality that is satisfactory for the birthday commission as well.

Surprise/Private commissions need to show proof that the person you’re getting art for/with has consented to the use of their character within the last 3 months. Ordering a commission without the owner of the character’s consent is not something I condone.

Please try to provide a clear refsheet as best as possible; preferrably unshaded, with flats.

Refunds on Digital Items: Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind. By filling out the form, you are committed to getting an image from me.

If I terminate a commission for any reasons you will receive a full refund. Any contact made will be void and the project considered cancelled. Refunds are made within 90 days of making the payment.

If a commission is going to be delayed for any reason by the fault of the artist, partial refunds or termination can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

If a commission is terminated at any time by the client, I will refund for the work not completed. Example: You paid $20 for a commission. I complete the sketch (1/4 of the commission process). The next day you decide to terminate the commission. Your refund will be $15 since 1/4 of the project was completed.

You forfeit the right to use or post the uncompleted work for any purpose, be it casually, or for monetary gain, or to be completed by another artist.

Doing so will force me to cease future services to you. I reserve the right to use the uncompleted work for studies, YCHs and any other purpose.

No exceptions.

If you request “Artistic Freedom” or “free reign” or any other meaning similar to those phrases, this leaves the image up to the artist to concept, design, and style.

You will receive an enlarged thumbnail WIP/sketch WIP for approval and have 3 changes for that sketch. You may receive other forms of WIPs such as color, lines, final renders etc.

You may request a keyword, theme, or phrase to lead me in the right direction. You leave your image in the hands of the artist.

Any form of Featured High Tier commission such as Pent Up, Orgy Style, Hybrid Cell-Painted, or future offerings of the same tier are excluded from this rule unless stated by the client.

Large mistakes (such as markings or large character flaws) will be discussed at the delivery and addressed case-by-case.

WIPs/Works In Progress are usually updated on Twitter and Trello. I will also post WIPs on Patreon

Main rules:
No ferals, wings
Bid increments no less than $5
Pose will remain as is
Heavy alterations, “lots of cum” edits, and gear are an extra charge
Have a proper refsheet please
Any bid made at the very last hour extends the auction time by another 12 hours, until there are no more bids to prevent bid sniping.

If you harass me/my husband for any reason, become unpleasant, or difficult to work with, I will add an additional 50% (Fifty percent) fee on top of the ordered commission at my discretion.

You as a customer are responsible for conducting yourself in a professional manner, and should expect the same from me for paying for a service.

No one should be dealing with this sort of thing, but unfortunately it happens. Please understand that we are people too. Thank you.

I forbid the use of any images I’ve created, (commissioned or otherwise), to be minted as a Non-Fungible Token, or to be used as any form of digital currency/cryptocurrency for any reason whatsoever.

You are not allowed to commission me for anything cryptocurrency related.

You are not allowed to commission me with a motive/hidden motive of creating NFTs. If and when I find out that you’ve breached this agreement, you are forever going to be banned from my services.

You may not use my characters (current and future), images, photos, commissioner’s photos and characters’ likeness, personal information, voice, (or other biographical information) of third parties I represent in any of the above that is indicated.

I do NOT give any formal consent to the use of my intellectual property as written above.

I have zero interest in the NFT market.

I forbid the use of any images I’ve created, (commissioned or otherwise), to be used, adapted, modified, communicated, make available, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform for personal, financial, public, or commercial distribution.

You are forbidden to change my intellectual property, the commissioner’s intellectual property, in any form or format, through any known media, or media channels currently or later developed or discovered.

You are forbidden to use my intellectual property, or the commissioner’s intellectual property to promote, modify, use, adapt, etc. publicly or privately, as material for Artificial Intelligence (AI). Machine Learning, Machine Learning Algorhythms, Neural Networks, or any AI basic/advanced learning software currently available, or developed in the future.

You are not licensed to use my intellectual property, or the commissioner’s intellectual property to promote, modify, use, adapt, etc. publicly or privately, as material for Artificial Intelligence (AI). Machine Learning, Machine Learning Algorhythms, Neural Networks, or any AI basic/advanced learning software currently available, or developed in the future.

You are not allowed to commission me with a motive/hidden motive of using my intellectual property, or the commissioner’s intellectual property to promote, modify, use, adapt, etc. publicly or privately, as material for Artificial Intelligence (AI). Machine Learning, Machine Learning Algorhythms, Neural Networks, or any AI basic/advanced learning software currently available, or developed in the future.

If and when I find out that you’ve breached this agreement, you are forever going to be banned from my services.

You may not use my characters (current and future), images, photos, commissioner’s photos and characters’ likeness, personal information, voice, (or other biographical information) of third parties I represent in any of the above that is indicated.

I do NOT give any formal consent to the use of my intellectual property as written above.

I have zero interest in the use of image generation, as it is a means of exploitation of hard working artists and content creators

I have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason prior to me starting work on a commission and a full refund will be issued if I cancel a commission before starting.

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Refund Policy rules apply here.

Chargebacks of any type will result in a permanent ban from all future commissions.

Artist Legal Usage Rights:

I retain the full copyright to the image(s) created unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.

I retain the right to post the imaged digitally and hold all reproduction rights.. I may use the images in my own publications offline; for example: sell prints of any images I create.

Client Usage Rights:

You have the right to redistribute the artwork I produce for you in digital form for non-profit personal use only unless directed otherwise in our correspondence.

You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes (Ex: logos, layouts, print sales, stickers, generally anything you can sell).

If you wish to use my artwork for commercial reasons, you will need to purchase rights from me for an additional fee.

If you wish to purchase these rights feel free to contact me and we can work out a price.

Note: If you contact me for a potential professional project (Film, Advertisement, Book Illustrations, etc) Including full use rights to my artwork please keep in mind I charge professional prices for those jobs.
